Parallels and Vista

Hey. I have a few questions.

I have Parallels 3.0 on my Macbook. If i was to install Vista, can i use the iSight camera and Microphone on my Macbook in Vista, or can you not do this in parallels.

Also, in Parallels settings, you get to choose how much video ram you want to give Vista e.g 32mb - 64mb. Does this mean i could play a game in Parallels on Windows that only needs that amount of V Ram.
