Parallels and Windows 2000 - Screen Problems

I wanted to run XP through Parallels, but my copy is long gone, so I went with Win2K. It works fine, except for the monitor, which runs at 800x600, with "16 Colours", as opposed to the millions that OSX has.

Is there any way to increase the resolution and colours of Win2K? Thanks in advance.

(PS: I've tried Service Pack 4, but to no avail.)
