Hi all. new to the forum...need some help! Looking forward to participating!

Is there a way to back up incremental changes only in the parallels environment. My goal is to avoid stuffing the TC with redundant large files.

In lieu of TC backup in the VM i'm backing data to drop box and a USB stick.

Are backblaze or carbonite offsite programs a better choice for full parallels back ups?

I'm a mac noobie, TIA
