Hey,
a couple of months ago I installed Windows XP (SP3) on my Macbook (late 2008) via Boot Camp. In addition, I use Parallels to access this partition when I'm in OS X. I didn't run WinXP native for at least two months, but today I noticed that I have to activate it. I tried to activate it online, but didn't get a connection to the activation server, probably because WinXP doesn't recognize my WiFi connection. When I tried to activate it via phone, it didn't work because the same CD key is (of course) being used by the Parallels version, which I activated a couple of months ago.
So now I'm stuck, I can't boot into WinXP because I can't activate it. My copy of XP is legal, but only activated under Parallels.
Any ideas?
