Parallels can't find XP from Bootcamp?

Hello all gurus ;)

I've tried Parallels but can't get it to find the Xp install from Bootcamp.
My setup on my Mac Pro is HD bay 1-3 = 500 gb and HD bay 4 = 250gb which also is the single partition XP install HD.
I've tried change hd in parallels but it just don't find any bootcamp install.
How do i set it up the right way?, do i really have to install XP on a partition on the main OS X system HD?

Thanks a lot for help and suggestions.
