it might sound a little silly... :confused:
but after watching a review of parallels 5 for mac i had a question for its coherence mode.

since windows seems to integrate with the mac desktop do they share RAM? or is it strictly only visual and you still have to partition RAM memory for it?
 
It's only visual, you still have to set aside a specific maximum amount of RAM for Parallels to have access to.

It will not use the whole amount of RAM though, only if Windows needs it. But playing Solitaire will take less RAM than say running 3D Studio Max for example.
