Today I just received an email from the premium reseller I work at that we're able to get a not for resale copy of Parallels Desktop 10, for free. I'm not sure if this applies for other countries, but here in Holland the premium resellers are eligible.
This post is meant more as a heads up kind of thing.
If you're interested I suggest contacting your store manager and asking about it.
