Hey Everyone,

I've been trying to play Settlers of Catan online with my gf but her IBM Thinkpad keeps crashing. I have the new baseline iMac 3.06 ghz (with Dual Displays) and I thought maybe with Parallels Desktop we can both play the game on separate operating systems.

SO, here is my question:

Using Parallels desktop to run either Linux (Ubuntu) or Windows XP ontop of Snow Leopard, can I have multiple input devices controlling either OS? IE:

Snow Leopard = iMac display, Apple usb keyboard + mouse
Parallels = Samsung display, logitech keyboard + mouse
w/ either respective input device controlling that OS

I don't know if this even exists, but modern computers are powerful enough that I don't see why not multiple users could use the same host CPU.

thanks

Modern systems are powerful enough, true.

Virtual Machines are NOT powerful enough for real games.

First off, does the game run under a Virtual Machine?

If so, it might work. I remember one of the products allowed this feature. Not sure if it was Parallels or VMware but I do remember reading about this.
