Parallels IP address

I am wondering if anyone know if parallels will always use the same internal IP address for the guest OS? The reason I am asking is I am going to setup an SVN and I am hoping the IP will stay the same.

In the network setup you can make it always use the same one I think. I don't run parallels anymore so can't check this, or tell you exactly where it is. I'm sure that's what I always used to do though!
