Parallels .iso

Hi, I'm wanting to install Ubuntu in Parallels from the iso but I don't know how so could some one help me.

Open parallels -> New machine -> Typical -> Linux and 'other linux' -> Next, and next again -> More options -> iso image...

The x86 (sometimes called "Intel") version. Might also be listed as i686 or i586.
