Over 2 months ago, I installed Parallel on the Mac so I could work on the PC side of my Mac in programs that only run on the PC.
Before installing it, I only worked with Boot Camp, turning off the Mac side and rebooting to work on the PC side if I needed to.
Well Parallel worked sluggishly for a couple times the week it was installed, but often jammed, and I'd have to shut down to get rid of the problem.
The last time Parallel was turned on, the PC side appeared in the Parallel screen, but with the usual PC black screen that said it was having a major problem and it was time to shut down and to get it fixed.
Because I was always unable to get back on the PC through Parallel after that, someone helped me remove all Parallel components from my computer and I figured I would go back to running Boot Camp to access the PC.
However, for 2 months now, when trying to turn on the PC side of my Mac, all I get is a black screen with a bunch of PC lingo which tells me to use F-keys or to start in SAFE MODE, or something of the sort, but even after trying all these methods, the PC keeps rebooting, and rebooting, forever and ever.
It's been 2 months since we've been able to work on the PC and we need some assistance real fast if possible.
Any help you can send will be much appreciated.
Jim
