Parallels problem

I'm using parallels with windows 7 on my Imac and I've got a problem with the internetconnection.

The internet is working fine but ones every 15 minutes or so it says "no internet access" down in the right corner. Then a few seconds later I've got internet access ones again.

This is a big problem for me because I'm playing online poker.

What might be the problem and solution?
