According to http://download.parallels.com/GA/Parallels_Desktop_for_Mac_User_Guide.pdf page 93 it supports Bridged networking. Select the adapter you want to bridge to Windows and it works.

Yeah, Parallels does seem like it's pretty sweet - I'm impressed. I think I'll be picking it up for my wife's new Merom MacBook when the time comes.
