Parallels question?

hi there
so i installed parallels and windows on my macbook
and the files were sharing
and i had some picture on my mac desktop
and they also appear on my windows desktop
and i deleted them from my windows desktop
and they were also delete from my mac desktop
and the pictures are not in the trash nor the recyble bin
where can i get them back???

It appears that when you use the shared desktop feature, and you delete something from Windows, instead of offering to move the file to the trash or recycle bin, it just asks you to confirm deletion, and specifically says it will be deleted. It does not talk about moving to the trash/bin.

Looks like they are gone for good, unless you had Time Machine running.
