Parallels - Shared Mac Applications In Windows

I am running Parallels 4.0 on Leopard.

When I am running my Window XP Pro virtual machine I get the folder 'Parallel Shared Applications' in the Start menu BUT only 15 Mac applications are listed. How do I share the remaining Mac Applications?

There are numerous other Mac applications I wish to access in this way.

Can anyone help? Many thanks.
