PROBLEM WAS SOLVED IN A PARALLELS UPDATE
Original Question:
If you have parallel's tools installed, when you maximize a window in boot camp, the window covers the task bar. How do you fix this? There's no "keep taskbar ontop of other windows" in Windows 7.
