Here is my versions.
Mac: 2013 late mackbook pro retina 2.6Ghz
OS: 10.9.3
Parallels: 9.0.24229
Display: Dell 32" UP3214Q (3840x2160@60hz)

First of all, this is what I want to do
- mac: 3008x1692 (HiDPI)
- windows: 3840x2160

When I set mac resolution as 3840x2160 and change windows resolution to 3840x2160, it displays perfectly. (clear.jpg)

Then I set mac resolution as 3008x1692 (HiDPI) and change windows resolution to 3840x2160, it displays text blury. (blury.jpg)

There are three option in parallels (scaled, best for retina, more space) but non of them makes 3840x2160 res clearly.

Is my desired setting possible?

I don't have any first-hand experience with HiDPI so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what's the significance of 3008x1692? Shouldn't you be using 3840x2160 HiDPI since that's the native resolution?

I use mac mainly, and I love 3008x1692 retina mode with the dell 4k monitor. It just looks crisp like mackbook retina lcd. I could use full resolution but the text is too small.

I'm guessing that you'll want to set Windows to use the same 3008x1692 resolution; it wouldn't surprise me if you're getting "double scaling" with it set the way it is (Windows 3840x2160 scaled down to Mac 3008x1692, then scaled back up to the display's native 3840x2160).
