Parallels/TM question

Not sure if this is a TM or Windows question.

In the Beginners guide link above there is this note:

* If using time machine it should be set to NOT backup the Windows file created by Parallels Desktop or VM Ware Fusion.

Where is that file so that I can exclude it?
