Parallels using Win XP Reinstall Disk

I have a reinstall Win XP disk from a Dell. Will this version work installing on my new mbp working with Parallels? Waiting to purchase Parallels based on the feedback.

Parallels offers a free trial, so you can check for yourself without cost. Note that typically OEM licenses like those that come pre-installed on a PC like a Dell are not transferable (per the license) from the machine they were originally installed on. You may get it to work, but you are not following the terms of the Dell/Microsoft license.
