parallels w/ multiple accounts

I'm thinking of getting an iMac to replace my current Windows PC, the only 'catch' is that I use 2 separate profiles on the PC - one for me, and one for my wife....

If i were to set up the iMac with 2 profiles, could 1 parallels/WinXP "partition" be shared or would I need to install separately for both of us?

I'm trying to avoid Boot Camp - I don't see us needing it often, but it'll be nice to have in case we need to check something in Windows quickly.

I tried to search, but I think my key words may be too vague, so I apologize if this has been asked before.

I don't see why it would be a problem.

The only issue I can think of, is that by default Parallels put the windows virtual disk inside the ~/Library/Parallels/ folder, which would only be accessible by that user. I'm sure if you chose to store the virtual disk somewhere that is accessible by multiple users then you wont have a problem .
