Parallels Windows Xp and Vistsa folder icon change

I posted this question on the parallels forum on parallels website with no help. I am trying to change the icon of a folder in windows xp and vista. I know on a mac its rather simple. (Cmd i copy paste) On windows i should just be able to hit properties/personalize and then it would normally give me an option to change the folder icon to my custom icon. After hitting properties/personalize it does not give me that option.

Can anyone help?
