Parallels with multiple network connections

I have Windows 7 in a VM environment using Parallels 8 that I use strictly for work. I have it set up where Windows uses an ethernet connection to connect to my work network and the OSX side connects to wifi. Is there an option on Parallels that will let the network connection switch automatically to wifi when I unplug from my work network? Right now, I have to manually change the network setting every time I undock but I feel like I should be able to prioritize the network connections to reconnect when a connection is lost. Everything on the OSX side works as it should but I don't want it connected to the work network, which is why I don't have the settings as shared network
