paralles desktop 3.0 activation key

hey guys im having a problem activating my copy of paralles 3.0 i bought it today when i enter the code it says invalid key. im having trouble identifing 2 of the characters for the key there not an i or a L this is what the last 5 characters look like: l1Gl1, like i said the 1st and 2nd last are not i upper or lower case or l upper or lower case or so it seems, anyone with any info? the tech suppor tisnt open till the morning but i need to do this tonight if possible.

nope thanks for that but it didnt work still. guess ill just have to wait until the morning to ring the tech support people. cheers
