Paralles or Fusion

Hello all i just got a macbook air and an Imac, I would like to run windows on both so I purchased Windows 7 home premium. I am debating over paralles or vmware fusion. I hear the new Vmware should be coming out around the time of Lion. Do you guys think it willl be better then paralles 6, if so I will get vmware 3.1 with the 12 month upgrade. If not I will get paralles 6. Also two quick question can I use one liscence for 2 computers? And I bought home premium upgrade, will that work? Thank you in advance

I use VirtualBox (free) and it work fine for me (never tried games tho). Worth a try before buying something...
