iCloud Paramount Plus/Showtime sub through Apple

My Paramount/Showtime monthly subscription ends on the 24th of each month. Now the subscription is showing as expired in the iCloud section of settings even though it’s supposed to auto renew every month. When I tried manually renewing, it makes me select “buy” amd then processes a charge to my card. Charge shows as pending and then disappears and subscription again shows as expired.

Anyone else having issues?

Weird. Mine is also showing as expired, but it appears to still be working. I also have a pending charge showing on my account.
