Sup guys. This is my first post and was curious if anyone lived in an apartment building that uses parcelpending for deliveries? And if so will UPS leave my phone in the locker or will they only attempt to deliver to my door since signature is required?

Someone will need to sign for your phone. Given your situation, you can have the phone delivered to your local hub for pickup, if that works better for you. Depending where you live, the Doraville hub is rather large. You can also try having it sent to your local UPS store?
