Every time I try to log into Msn Messenger, I receive the following warning:
"THIS ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE MICROSOFT WINDOWS LIVE ID.
Go to the Windows Live ID Web Site to get more information about Windows Live ID and to give parental consent for this account."
The problem with this is I can't access any of the links using Safari or Firefox. It's only visible in Internet Explorer, which I can't use on my mac at home or at work.
Even though I can't log into MSN MESSENGER, I can still log into my hotmail account. Strange? I think so.
I have asked for help from Microsoft, who told me to go to my internet provider, who then told me to get help from Microsoft, who then told me to contact Apple. The run-around has been such a waste of time.
