Parental Control for iOS

Has anyone used any of the Parental Control software for iOS? I've checked into OurPact, NetSanity, Curbi and Intego Family Protect. Intego was installed but it never worked. TeenSafe gets horrible reviews. Pumpic is not iOS 9 compatible and requires jailbreaking which I am not interested in doing.

I have iOS 9 restrictions enabled for content content, but I'd like to understand what options are available that work with iOS 9.
