Parental Control problems

Hey guys, I was messing around with Parental Controls, and I turned them on and messed with internet settings and stuff. I turned it off, but I still can't navigate to random websites (kongregate.com for instance) I went to allow all websites, still did it. I turned parental controls off for the account I am using, no luck either. Any thoughts

Well I restarted then turned it off, AGAIN and restarted and it worked. Thanks!
