I'm the main user on my computer but my son has his own user on the same computer. How do I get on his account with out him knowing?

Rather than Parental Control - which has to be set beforehand, I guess you're looking for a way to spy on another user of the computer....

Regardless of the ethical issues here, what type of information exactly are you looking for? ... are both users set as administrators?

You get a search warrant, which will require that you explain specifically what you expect to find and how the finding of that information could lead to a successful criminal prosecution.
