parental controls + safari

I am having problems with the parental controls. It seems like when ever I turn them on for safari and just block a few sites, it seems like safari just stops working a lot of the time. (Not the "you can't access because of parental controls" page, but the "cannot connect to internet" page. Any help with this would be great!

This is off topic but I'm offering another possible solution:

I'm not normally one to just say "Get Firefox" but this might just be what you need. I use Firefox and the Glubble plugin for a parentally controlled browser.

Hmm maybe that is a better option. I noticed that even when parental controls are off, as long as the user is not an admin I run into similar issues. Really stable website like ebay fail to load, it's weird. Thanks for the help!
