Hi guys,

I am having this problem with os x where my settings for parental controls aren't being saved. What is happening is that I allow certain programs such as pages, numbers, and keynote for a managed account. When I log in to that managed account the program would be not allowed and when i check back at Parental controls, the settings for the managed account would be unchecked.

Please view the video (kind of shaky but the best I could get at last minute):
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5069628644029087726

Please note the following:
-Contacted Apple about this but no response for a while; they have not replied to any of my emails for weeks now.
-When I choose the "always allow" button (in the video) a few days later, the application would be not allowed again.
-Tried repairing disk permissions
-Tried reinstalling OS X
-Tried deleting some plists (Apple actually suggested that, but it didnt work and they havent suggested anything since)
-This is happening to 28 of our lab iMacs and 12 of our classroom iMacs

Apple is avoiding me.... so i was wondering if there is anyone out here who can give me a solution. I would be very thankful if someone can provide me with the solution Apple failed to give me.
