I heard from someone of some study a long time ago (yeah, that sounds credible) that people of one ethnicity have a harder time seeing physical differences of people that are of another ethnicity (i.e., black people look the same/similar to a white person, for example). Perhaps, this director just thinks we ALL look like Mother Teresa....
