Parrellels???

ok so if i get parallels, and run windows on my mac, will i be able to do the same on my iPad? like for instance, can i play the mac version of minecraft through parrellels on iPad? also, can i use a wireless mouse in parrellels on ipad without a jalbreak?

No. Parallels for iPad is for controlling your computer from the iPad, not running the OS itself.
