Part I was posted in May 2021 and the issue was resolved with a download of the ICA Scanner Drivers. Fast-forward to today. We had network problems and our printer wasn't being recognized. Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. It was showing up on the network but just wasn't printing. Had to contact Spectrum and got that patched up in a round-about way but the scanning function is not showing up again in Image Capture. And to make matters more interesting, the old printer set-up is showing up in Image Capture and we can't delete it. We have the most up-to-date drivers and can't figure out what else to do. Any suggestions?

you want the shareware for older router from VueScan because it supports your older model, you see it for yourself!
That didn't work either. There is something screwy going on with our printer after Spectrum registered the router last night (Our router has gone unregistered for almost a year and they finally caught the error). The printer shows up on our network, yet it isn't showing up on either ImageCapture or VueScan. It's picking up the old printer from before Spectrum registered the router. We've deleted the printer and reinstalled it, but we can't seem to delete it from the Mac que and that's the printer that both IC and VS are picking up. I've ended up just scanning to an SD card for the time being.
