So my PowerMac is on a work network which has blocked access to the iTunes music store, including authorization. So one day I took the machine home (man this thing is heavy!), and authorized it at home (this was quite a while ago).
Now, recently added song purchased from the iTunes music store say I need to authorize (which I can't from work), while older songs play fine. Some of the older songs were added well after I authorized the computer.
Looking more closely, I wonder if this coincided with my updating to Tiger (clean install). I also use an external HD and Synk to synchronize files are there any additional files that are not in the iTunes folder that are used to veryify computer authorization?
Anyone have any insight into this? I don't want to be carrying my Powermac around if I don't have to.
Thanks
