Particular iPhone skin

I've been searching the Internet looking for a certain type of skin and wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm looking for a rear iPhone 5 skin that looks exactly like the back of the original iPhone.

I know that this is not exactly what you're looking for, but the metallic elago S5 Glide with a black bottom piece is at least reminiscent.
