Partition a Drive into Fat and HFS+

On the track
I'm using 10.5 and I'm trying to make a third partition that is Fat. I have two that are HFS+ already. I can make another partition but I can't make it into a Fat drive. There is no option like there normally is for Fat. Only HFS+ or free space.

Little help? Anybody?
