Partition deleted by mistake

I've deleted one of my Partition by mistake.
I have all my life in this Partition, and I don't know what to do to restore it.

please help me.

How did you delete it? Did you erase it using Disk Utility or did it disappear from Finder?

If you did erase it through disk utility, I don't think you can get it back.

The only way to get back any data is by using data recovery software. I've never been desperate enough to look into it before, so don't have any suggestions. Check out something like this: http://www.cleverfiles.com/

Why were you mucking around in the partition manager anyway?

PS get a Time Machine, it can be a real "life" saver.

I'm not aware of any free data recovery software for Mac, though there is quite a bit for windows.

The Macupdate Promo (featured on the Macrumors front page a few days back) includes Data Rescue 3- https://www.mupromo.com/ This is a real bargain in your case if you think about it.

Firstly, do not try copying anything to this partition for the time being. Try free version of DiskDrill to scan and see if it detects your files. Then, if it is worth for you to pay the price to recover your precious files, then I'd get the paid version.

This. Seriously if I lost data this week during the promo i'd feel as if I had angels looking over me, considering the entire bundle costs less than half of a single data recovery 3 license.
