I have two external drives of the same make and model (only diff is the size) giving me the issue above. The drives are NTFS but they don't mount anymore. However, Disk Utility can still see them but it reads them as unpartitioned devices and it doesn't see that they're NTFS. I get the error above from First Aid. I also tried running it in Safe Mode but I get the same error.

For some context... I have Boot Camp and Parallels setup so I've been running Windows 10 with these drives connected to my computer. Windows have always flagged them as unreadable, but thats obviously to be expected and I don't use them for Windows. When I boot back to MacOS, they'll always go back to working. This time, it didn't do that and now MacOS can't read them. These drives are full to the brim with archived photos (I'm a photographer) so I'd like to preserve as much of the information in them as possible. Also, I don't have a TM backup of these external drives.

Specs:
The drives are WD My Passport 071D Media
I have a MacBook Pro 15" (2018)
Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.3
