partition problem

Need some help in merging unused partition as it is shown in the pic attached

i cant delete or merge the 2 partitions with the main one.

Backtrack 5 installed in the lower partition an the middle one not used, Refit is installed for dual boot.

how could i delete the 2 smaller partitions and merge it with the main partition on the hard disk so i could start all over with the installation !?

AFAIK know there is always 1 partition (EFI) you can not delete or merge, it's the same on mine, it's where the Partition scheme resides.

Is filefault 2 on, if so try disabling it.

so i deleted efi folder and still cant delete or do anything to the partition ?

I have a EFI partition as you can see above, you probably had refit.(Just read again, you did)

Edit: Is blacktrack 5 Linux, if so than that's your problem, the disk can not be resized with Linux on a partition, it might be possible with Paragon ext driver installed.
