Partition Problems

I initially installed a partition to test out Mavericks but then when I deleted the partition, I can't recover my space back so I can't load my bootcamp.

Can't you just drag up to re-size the blue space in order to get back that space?

Just so I am clear, you want to expand the Bootcamp partition? Disk Util will not resize upward (notice there is no thingy to grab in the BC partition), it will only resize by dragging down into free space.

I believe you will need to use Bootcamp Assistant to resize that partition and that will wipe your Windows install. You could save it with something like Winclone then put it back afterwards.

Type "diskutil cs list" (without the quotes) into Terminal and tell me the output. This will show all partitions and their size, including hidden partitions.
