Hi guys, i currently have 2 partitions on my MBP but I want to add more HDD Space to my 2nd partition, I have 40GB Available space and i want to give my 2nd partition 20GB (for windows vista, so its 25GB) but if I do that does everything in my main HDD get deleted or does it just take it from the free space it has?

Neither, if you're using Boot Camp - it won't let you partition the drive if it's already partitioned. If you're using Parallels or VMware, and putting the VM files in a new partition, then yes, you can do this. Disk Utility (Leopard only, alas) is capable of "live" partitioning, which sounds like what you want to do.
