Hallo
I'm on a mid-2011 MBP, with OSX 10.7.5, 500GB HD.
Boot Camp Assistant was creating a 90GB partition for Win8 while it halted: I left it running for several hours but no deal, it was stuck at about a 35% of the progression bar, hence I forced shutdown.
Since the next boot I have weird information about disk space:
before, I had about 120GB free, now I have 60GB free with the remaining 440GB being reported as used
The actual used space on disk is of 360GB (as before partitioning).
So 60GB of space are missing and I cannot find them nor the Disk Utility nor through the "diskutil list" command, whose result are below:
Code:
 #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
   0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk0
   1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
   2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 499.2 GB disk0s2
   3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3

Could you point me in any direction, please, apart from formatting?
Thanks in advance!
