Partition Tables

I installed Win7 without any problems with a very nice guide... after a few days suddenly "Legacy OS" boot option appears in refit menu which annoys the hell out of me, trying to fix it now i get the "analysis inconclusive etc etc..."

both win 7 and osx lunch but, legecy OS remains which i want to remove and the tables seemed to be ****ed up... HLEP?!
