Partition Troubles

Hello!
In an attempt to reallocate empty space from my OS X partition to my bootcamp partition, I did this:

I now have issues booting into OS X, and I believe I also now have 250GB of space allocated to something, inaccessible to me.
Also, I didn't accomplish my goal of reallocating space into Windows.
Any advice?

I should note, inside of disk utility, the draggable corner just wasn't there. Obviously if it was that would have been the easiest route to fix this.
