I have a 1TB drive that is NTFS formatted and containing files. How can i make another partition so i can format it HFS+ but without deleting my already stored files?

What do you mean by loaded? The biggest thing that can happen is that you could lose some data. There is really no way to know where exactly the data was stored on the drive. Do a big back up and try it. But I don't think you will be able to without reformatting the drive. IMO
