The current external hard drive I use for my Time Machine backups is full. And my AppleTV's memory is full. What I'd like to do is buy a new 1TB hard drive and partition it into 2 500GB drives. And connect 1 of the 500GB drives to my iMac's Time Machine for backups. I'd like to move my full iTunes library from my iMac's internal memory to the other partitioned 500GB half/drive. And then sync my AppleTV to that half/drive which contains my full iTunes library. That way I can access my full iTunes library via my AppleTV and I'm not dependent on the AppleTV's internal memory. Is this possible? Any help is much appreciated!
