I want to dual boot my ibook G4, 512MB RAM 1.33GHz processor with OS X and Debian Linux.

I only have a 40GB hard drive, and was wondering that if I partitioned the hard drive, will the smaller sized OSX volume make a difference with the image created by the carbon copy cloner?

Thanks for any help at all!

I don't know about the CCC part which is interesting, but I have Tiger, Panther and Ubuntu (Linux) all residing well on a G3 900mHz 40gig iBook. Tiger takes up 25 gigs, Panther 10gigs, and Ubuntu the rest. Oh, partition your drive by four partitions because Linux (well, Ubuntu Jaunty at least) requires a NewWorld Boot partition which it creates.
