Hi:

I have one unique partition and i will create another to use with bootcamp.
After create the bootcamp partition i can make another for my data without damage the bootcamp partition right?
I am asking because bootcamp assistant only work wit unique partition and i need 3 in total.

Yes you can create a third partition without damaging bootcamp. Just go into Disk Utility and split your OS X partition into two partitions of the sizes of your choice. The third partition will require you to reduce the size of your main OS X partition and will not touch your bootcamp partition.
